“I know this firsthand. Living with asthma, I went through years of recurring chest infections that led to CFS and eventually, a diagnosis of bronchiectasis. It was a difficult chapter, physically and emotionally, but it became the turning point that led me to rebuild my health, one step at a time.”
That journey taught me what no textbook could: the importance of taking ownership of your well-being.
That’s why I trained as a Health Coach through the College of Naturopathic Medicine, so I could help others do the same.

The coaching process is rooted in five core pillars: stress, nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset. We’ll prioritise the areas most relevant to you, whether that’s managing stress, supporting your lungs, improving energy, boosting your immune system or finding a balanced approach to eating that finally feels sustainable.
I specialise in helping busy women, who spend so much time caring for everyone else that their own health is pushed to the bottom of the list.

There will be no restrictive diets. My 80/20 approach encourages nourishing food, flexibility, and room for the occasional treat, because lasting change should feel like freedom, not punishment.
